- 1 banana, frozen (ripe)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried shredded coconut
- 2 -3 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons cacao, nibs (raw)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or enough to cover other ingredients)
Recipe
- 1 1. in a blender, place the banana, coconut, almond butter, flaxseeds, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- 2 2. cover with almond milk and blend until smooth, adding more to achieve your desired consistency.
