Ingredients

- 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup whole raw almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped ginger
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raw shelled hemp seeds
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, process almonds, ginger, water and cinnamon until roughly chopped.
- 2 transfer to a serving bowl and top with hemp seeds.
