Chile Glazed Lamb Ribs

Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb spareribs, cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 (17 1/2 ounce) jar enchilada sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 rub spareribs with cumin and cinnamon. arrange in 13"x9" baking dish.
- 2 bake at 400°f for 30 minute turn ribs over and bake 15 minute mix enchilada sauce and honey.
- 3 pour enchilada sauce mixture over ribs. bake 30 minute or until tender, basting occasionally. to serve, stir sauce and spoon over ribs.
