Almond Date Oatmeal Granola

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup dates, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 250.
  • 2 mix oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon.
  • 3 add maple syrup, water.
  • 4 stir until well mixed.
  • 5 spread evenly on baking sheet.
  • 6 bake 1 hour, stiring every 15 minutes.
  • 7 allow to cool slightly.
  • 8 put in mixing bowl.
  • 9 add dates, stir.
  • 10 return to baking sheet, allow to finish cooling.
  • 11 store in air-tight container.
