Almond Date Oatmeal Granola

Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup dates, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 250.
- 2 mix oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon.
- 3 add maple syrup, water.
- 4 stir until well mixed.
- 5 spread evenly on baking sheet.
- 6 bake 1 hour, stiring every 15 minutes.
- 7 allow to cool slightly.
- 8 put in mixing bowl.
- 9 add dates, stir.
- 10 return to baking sheet, allow to finish cooling.
- 11 store in air-tight container.
