Ingredients
- 1 cup non dairy milk (i have used almond and soy)
- 1 small apple, cut up into chunks
- one small banana, frozen
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups spinach
Recipe
- 1 put everything into a blender.
- 2 if you don''t have a frozen banana, add a couple of ice cubes.
- 3 whiz.
- 4 enjoy.
