Apple Zinger Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non dairy milk (i have used almond and soy)
  • 1 small apple, cut up into chunks
  • one small banana, frozen
  • half teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups spinach

Recipe

  • 1 put everything into a blender.
  • 2 if you don''t have a frozen banana, add a couple of ice cubes.
  • 3 whiz.
  • 4 enjoy.
