Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 -3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch of freshly-grated nutmeg
- fresh lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 whisk together sour cream and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- 2 add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and whisk mixture until it is combined well.
- 3 serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
