Cinnamon Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 -3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of freshly-grated nutmeg
  • fresh lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together sour cream and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2 add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and whisk mixture until it is combined well.
  • 3 serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
