Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons soy flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients, line six muffin tins, bake at 325 for 12 minutes.
