- 1 tablespoon unbleached cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bread
- oil or butter
Recipe
- 1 whisk ingredients (eggs first) in a bowl. dip bread slices.
- 2 in mixture and fry in oil or butter in a frying pan or on.
- 3 a griddle until golden brown. makes 3-4 servings.
