Cinnamon Crunchies

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cinnamon bark
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup rice krispies
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Recipe

  • 1 mix margarine, both sugars& egg until light& creamy.
  • 2 stir in oil.
  • 3 add baking soda and salt; mix well.
  • 4 add flour& continue mixing until smooth.
  • 5 stir in chips, oats, cereal and coconut.
  • 6 mix well.
  • 7 drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • 8 bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  • 9 cool for 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
