Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cinnamon bark
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 mix margarine, both sugars& egg until light& creamy.
- 2 stir in oil.
- 3 add baking soda and salt; mix well.
- 4 add flour& continue mixing until smooth.
- 5 stir in chips, oats, cereal and coconut.
- 6 mix well.
- 7 drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
- 8 bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- 9 cool for 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
