Cinnamon Crescent Rolls (bread Machine)

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (scalded)
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup butter (softened) or 1/4 cup margarine (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vital gluten
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/8 cup cinnamon-sugar mixture
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 add milk,sugar, gluten and yeast to bread machine.
- 2 add flour and margarine.
- 3 set machine for dough cycle (1 1/2 hours).
- 4 when machine is finished, turn dough onto floured surface.
- 5 roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick.
- 6 spread margarine over dough.
- 7 sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- 8 cut dough into triangles (a pizza cutter works great).
- 9 roll dough starting at wide end.
- 10 brush roll with egg .
- 11 sprinkle with additional cinnamon sugar if desired.
- 12 let rise for about 30 minutes.
- 13 bake @ 350 for 35 minutes.
