Cinnamon Cream Roll-ups

Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar (divided)
- 1 loaf sandwich bread, crusts removed (i buy the crustless loaf - saves time)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 in a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg yolk and 1/4 c sugar; mix well.
- 2 flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
- 3 spread cream cheese over each slice to within 1/2 inch of edges.
- 4 roll up diagonally from point to point.
- 5 in a shallow bowl, combine the cinnamon and 1 c sugar.
- 6 dip roll-ups in the melted butter, then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 7 place in an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
- 8 bake at 350 degrees for 16-19 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 9 remove to wire racks to cool.
