- 6 tart green apples
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cut up apples into chunks.
- 2 add all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes.
- 3 serve with vanilla bean icecream.
