Chunky Autumn Chili

Ingredients
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1/2 apple, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup lamb chop, cubed
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butternut squash, cubed
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook tomato, apple, garlic, and onion in a large saucepan until softened.
- 2 add lamb and seasonings; cover and simmer, stirring occasionaly, for 20 minutes.
- 3 stir in squash and pepper; simmer, stirring occasionaly, for an additional 15 minutes.
- 4 stir in cilantro and serve.
- 5 enjoy!
