Bread For Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 6 tablespoons lard
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 proof yeast in warm water.
- 2 add lard to hot milk; cool.
- 3 add yeast mixture.
- 4 add beaten eggs.
- 5 stir in flour and salt.
- 6 let rise until doubled.
- 7 punch down; let rise again.
- 8 punch down; roll out and put in pan.
- 9 that is all that is written in this recipe.
- 10 bake 350 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes, i am guessing. i have cinnamon goop recipes from other old recipes.
