Berry Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup mixed berry
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon blueberry-flavored syrup

Recipe

  • 1 bring quinoa & almond milk to a boil in pan. cover and simmer 15 minutes. let stand 5 minutes. stir in berries & cinnamon. top with blueberry syrup.
  • 2 makes 1 1/4 cups (5pp).
