Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup mixed berry
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon blueberry-flavored syrup
Recipe
- 1 bring quinoa & almond milk to a boil in pan. cover and simmer 15 minutes. let stand 5 minutes. stir in berries & cinnamon. top with blueberry syrup.
- 2 makes 1 1/4 cups (5pp).
