Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 splenda sugar blend for baking
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 3 tablespoons whipped butter
- 1 cup apricot
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350.
- 2 coat a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- 3 combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- 4 bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
