- 6 -7 apples
- 1/2 lb pecans or 1/2 lb almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons wine
Recipe
- 1 pare and grate the apples. chop the nuts very fine. blend apples, nuts, cinnamon, sugar and enough wine to bind.
