Ingredients

- 1 orange, rind of
- 1 lemon, rind of
- 10 whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (i used a 3-inch stick of cinnamon)
- 1 (750 ml) bottle merlot
- 10 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat merlot in a large saucepan.
- 2 dissolve sugar in the warm merlot.
- 3 add peels and spices to merlot. (you can put them in a strainer, but i just dumped everything into the wine.).
- 4 serve warm or cool.
