Cane Cutter Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce brandy (mount gay sugar cane brandy)
  • 1/2 ounce tia maria
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • 4 ounces hot black coffee

Recipe

  • 1 in 8 oz coffee glass with handle, pour brandy and tea maria. pour in coffee to about 3 inches from the top. add whipped cream. garnish with cinnamon stick, add maraschino cherry. serve hot.
