Blueberry Hill Percolator Punch

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 9 cups cranberry juice
  • 9 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves
  • 4 1/2 cups water, more if necessary

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve the brown sugar and salt in the mixed cranberry and pineapple juices. pour into a 30 cup capacity electric coffee percolator. add enough water to reach the 30-cup level.
  • 2 place the cinnamon and cloves in the basket. put the lid on the percolator. set on a tray to catch any drips, while serving.
  • 3 perk through the complete cycle, remove the basket and spices. percolating time will vary with different percolator brands.
