- 500 ml apple juice
- 100 ml honey (to taste)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- 1 pinch chili powder
- orange zest, julienned
- 1 liter wine
Recipe
- 1 combine apple juice with honey and spices in a saucepan.
- 2 bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3 add wine and reheat gently, do not boil!
- 4 pour into glasses and garnish with sultanas and blanched almonds.
