Ingredients

- 2 apples, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups old fashioned oats (not quick-cooking)
- 4 cups water
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 mix together the apples, cinnamon and brown sugar in bottom of crock pot.
- 2 sprinkle oats over apples, then pour in water and salt; do not stir!
- 3 cook on low for 8-9 hours.
