Apple-cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats (not quick-cooking)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the apples, cinnamon and brown sugar in bottom of crock pot.
  • 2 sprinkle oats over apples, then pour in water and salt; do not stir!
  • 3 cook on low for 8-9 hours.
