Apple, Cheddar, And Bacon Bagels

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 mcintosh apple, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon raisin bagel, split
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
- 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Recipe
- 1 preheat a panini grill to high.
- 2 in a nonstick skillet, melt 1 t butter over med-high heat.
- 3 add apple and brown sugar; saute until tender, 3-4 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and keep warm.
- 5 place bagels, cut side down, on a work surface and brush crusts with melted butter.
- 6 turn bagels over and spread cream cheese evenly on the bottom halves.
- 7 top evenly with cooked apples, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
- 8 cover with top halves and press gently to pack.
- 9 place sandwiches in grill, close top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
- 10 serve immediately.
