Cinnamon Fudge

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 10 ounces cinnamon baking chips
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 line an 8" square pan with foil, letting ends hang over sides.
  • 2 in heavy 3 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk.
  • 3 bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • 4 boil for approximately 5 minutes or until mixture reaches 234 degrees on a candy thermometer.
  • 5 remove from heat and stir in cinnamon chips until melted.
  • 6 add marshmallow creme and vanilla and stir until completely blended.
  • 7 pour mixture into foil lined pan and let cool to room temperature.
  • 8 gently lift foil out of pan and cut into squares.
