Cinnamon Fudge

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 10 ounces cinnamon baking chips
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 line an 8" square pan with foil, letting ends hang over sides.
- 2 in heavy 3 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk.
- 3 bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 4 boil for approximately 5 minutes or until mixture reaches 234 degrees on a candy thermometer.
- 5 remove from heat and stir in cinnamon chips until melted.
- 6 add marshmallow creme and vanilla and stir until completely blended.
- 7 pour mixture into foil lined pan and let cool to room temperature.
- 8 gently lift foil out of pan and cut into squares.
