Cinnamon Fruit Biscuits

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon
  • 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 10 teaspoons any flavor fruit preserves

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar and cinnamon.
  • 2 dip biscuits in butter, then in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  • 3 place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 4 with end of wooden spoon handle, make deep indentation in center of each biscuit.
  • 5 fill with preserves.
  • 6 bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes or until brown.
  • 7 cool 15 minutes before serving.
