Cinnamon French Toast Bake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 loaf cinnamon-swirl bread, cubed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 in greased 9x13 pan, spread 1/2 cubed bread, top with 1/2 cubed cream cheese, repeat.
  • 2 whisk eggs, half and half, butter, syrup, cinnamon and vanilla until blended. pour over bread mixture.
  • 3 cover with saran wrap and push down to soak all bread pieces. refrigerate overnight.
  • 4 bake in preheated 325 degree over uncovered for 45 minutes, let set for 10 minute before serving. slice into squares. serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
