Ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in a medium pan, combine the corn syrup, water, sugar and cinnamon.
- 2 bring this mixture to a full boil over medium heat while stirring constantly.
- 3 remove from heat and cool for about 5 minutes.
- 4 stir in the evaporated milk, and serve warm over pancakes or waffles.
