Ingredients
- 10 ounces spelt flour
- 6 ounces fructose
- 3/4 tablespoon egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ounces barley malt sweetened chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup applesauce
Recipe
- 1 sift all dry ingredients together.
- 2 mix the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 3 add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- 4 using a teaspoon, scoop globs of dough 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- 5 bake in a 350 degree oven for 9 minutes.
