Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

- 5 bananas, ripened
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts (of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 grease a loaf pan.
- 3 mix bananas and eggs together in a large bowl or a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
- 4 stir in the flour sugar, salt, and baking soda.
- 5 add nuts and blend well.
- 6 place batter in loaf pan sprinkle some raw sugar and more nuts on the top of the batter.
- 7 bake 1 hour.
