Cranberry Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 10 fresh cherries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup so delicious® dairy free vanilla greek-style coconut milk yogurt
  • 2 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 5 raw cashews
  • dash of cinnamon

    Ready Time: 10 mins

  • combine all ingredients in a blender; pulse until smooth. pour into serving glass; serve chilled.
