Chewy Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw almonds (soaked and dried)
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup dried blueberries (or a mix of other dried fruit)
- 1/3 cup brown rice syrup (lundberg sweet dreams)
- 1/3 cup mayple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 275°f lightly grease a 9inch or 7x11 baking pan with oil.
- 2 grind the almonds in a food processor until they resemble a coarse meal.
- 3 combine the ground almonds and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
- 4 using wet fingers press the mixture into the prepared pan and boke for 1 hour.
- 5 allow the bars to cool thoroughly while they are still in the pan before cutting.
