Chewy Fruit Hemp Protein Bars

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup dried mixed fruit
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
- 1/3 cup hemp protein powder
- 1/4 cup grated dark baking chocolate, bar
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup syrup
- 1/2 cup oats, toasted
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 press onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
- 3 let dry overnight & then cut into bars.
- 4 refrigerate for freshness.
