Chewy Fruit Hemp Protein Bars

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup dried mixed fruit
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1/3 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1/4 cup grated dark baking chocolate, bar
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 press onto waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
  • 3 let dry overnight & then cut into bars.
  • 4 refrigerate for freshness.
