Burritos

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 cups ground meat or 4 cups cubed chicken
  • 2 1/2 cups canned red chili sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • guacamole
  • sour cream
  • monterey jack cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the grilling machine for 3-5 minute.
  • 2 add onions and garlic, close the lid and sautee for 1 minute.
  • 3 add meat/chicken, close the lid, and cook for 3 min or until cooked through.
  • 4 add red chili sauce and seasoning until mixed through and hot. remove from grill.
  • 5 roll into warmed flour tortillas and top with guacamole, sour cream, and shredded jack cheese.
