Ingredients
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 4 cups ground meat or 4 cups cubed chicken
- 2 1/2 cups canned red chili sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- guacamole
- sour cream
- monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat the grilling machine for 3-5 minute.
- 2 add onions and garlic, close the lid and sautee for 1 minute.
- 3 add meat/chicken, close the lid, and cook for 3 min or until cooked through.
- 4 add red chili sauce and seasoning until mixed through and hot. remove from grill.
- 5 roll into warmed flour tortillas and top with guacamole, sour cream, and shredded jack cheese.
