Apples And Oats Protein Bars

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 4 scoops protein powder
  • 8 fluid ounces no sugar added apple juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 unsweetened applesauce, cup
  • 3 -4 tablespoons cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix together and put into pan sprayed with no stick spray. bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
