Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 3/4 cups milk (i use skim though 1% is probably better)
- 1 egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients but rice in a medium pot.
- 2 add the cooked rice and cook for 10 minutes over low to medium heat.
- 3 serve with a little cinnamon or sweetener, if desired.
