Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 3 mix all wet ingredients in medium bowl until smooth.
- 4 add wet ingredients to the dry and stir thoroughly.
- 5 add cinnamon chips and stir until evenly distributed.
- 6 fill greased or paper lined muffin tin 3/4 full.
- 7 sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping over each cup of batter until thoroughly coated. you won't use all the cinnamon sugar.
- 8 bake for 20-25 minutes or until a wood toothpick comes out clean.
