Cinnamon French Toast Bake

Ingredients

- 1 loaf cinnamon-swirl bread, cubed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in greased 9x13 pan, spread 1/2 cubed bread, top with 1/2 cubed cream cheese, repeat.
- 2 whisk eggs, half and half, butter, syrup, cinnamon and vanilla until blended. pour over bread mixture.
- 3 cover with saran wrap and push down to soak all bread pieces. refrigerate overnight.
- 4 bake in preheated 325 degree over uncovered for 45 minutes, let set for 10 minute before serving. slice into squares. serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
