Cinnamon Cream Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium pan, combine the corn syrup, water, sugar and cinnamon.
  • 2 bring this mixture to a full boil over medium heat while stirring constantly.
  • 3 remove from heat and cool for about 5 minutes.
  • 4 stir in the evaporated milk, and serve warm over pancakes or waffles.
