Banana Oat Brown Sugar Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 mashed bananas, ripe
- 4 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oats (can be omitted)
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (can omit and add another 1/2 cup of flour)
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine all ingredients. do not overmix.
- 3 grease muffin tray and if desired, crumble additional brown sugar on top of muffins.
- 4 bake for 20-25 minutes.
