Banana Oat Brown Sugar Muffins

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas, ripe
  • 4 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oats (can be omitted)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (can omit and add another 1/2 cup of flour)

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine all ingredients. do not overmix.
  • 3 grease muffin tray and if desired, crumble additional brown sugar on top of muffins.
  • 4 bake for 20-25 minutes.
