Banana Nut Oatmeal

Ingredients

- 1 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon light margarine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana (smashed)
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 4 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 bring water to a boil. add oats and cook 1 minute remove from heat and cover.
- 2 add all other ingredients except walnuts and half and half.
- 3 divide into two bowls. top each with half of walnuts and half of half and half.
- 4 enjoy.
