Banana Nut Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 bananas, ripened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts (of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 grease a loaf pan.
  • 3 mix bananas and eggs together in a large bowl or a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
  • 4 stir in the flour sugar, salt, and baking soda.
  • 5 add nuts and blend well.
  • 6 place batter in loaf pan sprinkle some raw sugar and more nuts on the top of the batter.
  • 7 bake 1 hour.
