Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon flour
Recipe
- 1 mix ground meat, spices and herbs in large bowl.
- 2 in warm water, add brown sugar and maple syrup, stir to mix well.
- 3 add to ground meat and mix well.
- 4 place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
- 5 form patties. can use a round egg mold and saucer to make uniform size.
- 6 fry in heavy skillet on medium heat. brown both sides.
- 7 pack each patties in plastic wrap and freeze.
- 8 reheat in pan and serve with egg scramble or dice and add to scramble.

- 10 1 samll onion, fine diced.
- 11 2 garlic cloves, minced.
- 12 2 tablespoons cilantro.
- 13 2 tablespoons fresh chives.
- 14 1/2 tsp dried basil.
- 15 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
- 16 1/2 tsp ground cayenne.
