Blintz Soufflé

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 dozen blintzes
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 coat blintzes on both sides with butter.
  • 2 sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 3 place blintzes in buttered 9x13" pan, one inch apart so that blintzes and soufflé can be served.
  • 4 in blender, combine eggs, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
  • 5 pour over blintzes.
  • 6 bake at 350f 40 minutes, until soufflé puffs up.
