Chile Glazed Lamb Ribs

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs lamb spareribs, cut into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 (17 1/2 ounce) jar enchilada sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey

Recipe

  • 1 rub spareribs with cumin and cinnamon. arrange in 13"x9" baking dish.
  • 2 bake at 400°f for 30 minute turn ribs over and bake 15 minute mix enchilada sauce and honey.
  • 3 pour enchilada sauce mixture over ribs. bake 30 minute or until tender, basting occasionally. to serve, stir sauce and spoon over ribs.
