Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce brandy (mount gay sugar cane brandy)
- 1/2 ounce tia maria
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 4 ounces hot black coffee
Recipe
- 1 in 8 oz coffee glass with handle, pour brandy and tea maria. pour in coffee to about 3 inches from the top. add whipped cream. garnish with cinnamon stick, add maraschino cherry. serve hot.
