- 20 raw almonds
- zero calorie butter-flavored cooking spray or cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (1 packet)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 spread almonds in single layer on nonstick baking sheet and roast 7-10 minutes.
- 3 transfer to small bowl and spritz several times with butter spray. sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar substitute and toss until well coated.
- 4 cool 5 minutes.
