Candylike Almonds - Sugar Free

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 20 raw almonds
  • zero calorie butter-flavored cooking spray or cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (1 packet)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 spread almonds in single layer on nonstick baking sheet and roast 7-10 minutes.
  • 3 transfer to small bowl and spritz several times with butter spray. sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar substitute and toss until well coated.
  • 4 cool 5 minutes.
