- 1 (29 ounce) can sweet potatoes
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
Recipe
- 1 drain 1/2 of the juice from the can of sweet potatoes. place in a casserole dish. dot with butter. mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top. add cover top with marshmallows. cover loosely with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 325°f.
